May 13 - liked from l0ckergn0me's entry Incredibly talented, their best work is post-Prince involvement. Check out 'Eroica' for example. Sweet, melodic, and still bringing it harder when the point needs to be made. It's soulful, and poignant writing both musically and lyrically. Feb 6Totally classic. The Comedy Revolution Will Be Televised... at least for a couple of seasons. Chappelle is groundbreaking and lay-it-on-the-line. It's sad he couldn't keep it together to keep the show going. Mar 8cristoblanco - Too bad there's no new shows. Charlie Murphy's Hollywood Tales is classic.

gypsylibrarian - A classic indeed. When people look back, say 50 years from now, they will still remember Chappelle. I love the blind black white supremacist skit. Oh gosh, and the Haters traveling back in time. It is a pity he did not go on.
John Stewart is a big kid, and those of us who can relate to that, dig this show! Irreverence is a Good Thing! sjssk liked this entrybindu - I am always torn between the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. Jon Stewart does a wonderful job of tearing apart the daily news stories and Colbert's satire is brilliant. I think Colbert is much better on slow-news days... but when there are interesting events Stewart seems to be much better
