A movie that exceeded all expectations. Robert Downey Jr. was excellent as Tony Stark. The only Rifftrax I've not really gotten into was the one for this movie as I kept thinking, 'hey, stop slagging on the movie!'. While highly amusing, at the same time it's really dark. They sure pack a lot in the short time slot! Amazing movie. Action was great, but the philosophical bits were what really hooked me. The sequels only did an ok job at extending that what this movie started. Mar 25mar - Even though it has Keeanu Reeves, this is in my top 10 movies of all time.
gypsylibrarian - Definitely a good movie. It was revolutionary when it came out, and it still holds its own quite well. The sequels were ok, but this is the one.
macro1970 - The sequels were dismal, but the first outing was definitely a mind-bending film, just how I like em.
