Bean Fairbanks - "Ed lived in Thailand for 3 years and this is his favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle. They have an extensive menu and they are willing to make other Thai dishes based on ingredient availability. Even if you aren't fluent in Thai, you can get a great feast here.
