Derek Steen - "I bought the TZ5 back in September 2008. I was looking for a small camera that could record HD video. After months of research I finally found the TZ5 and it was exactly what I needed!
It records HD 720p (30fps) video and up to 9MP photographs to SDHC cards. It has a big wide angle lens as well as 10x *optical* zoom. That's as much zoom as most large camcorders have!
There's newer models like the TZ6 and TZ7 now which I'd recommend purely for the fact that the TZ5 is awesome!
