April Russo - "All of us are in this movie, in at least one character, at least the way we were back in our teen years. It's fun to pick out all your friends and family while watching (don't do this while watching alone though, not as fun). So many of the things Allison did reminds me so much of my daughter, from the way she dressed to the bizarre things she said and did just for their "shock value". (She was the character that wasn't assigned detention but just showed up because she had nothing better to do that day.)" (link to entry)
Kristen Figgleshank - "This movie DEFINED the Brat Pack and their influence on society. This movie was also a great social experiment dramatized as different classes intelligents were forced to interact on one Saturday when they are made to spend Detention in the School's Library this movie also had a KILLER soundtrack!" Justin Nation - "A classic created by mixing a set of stereotype torch bearers in a room with nothing to do but find out what they have in common. Not perfect, but watching it as a teen it definitely seemed to understand me better than most anything else I'd seen." (link to entry)
Bonnie Fleischmann - "A great movie that I love watching featuring the stars of the "Brat Pack". The script was pretty realistic for the times, showing teens from different walks of life communicating and finally finding some common ground." (link to entry)
Katrina Schmidt - "A great '80s film. I'm not sure how many times I've seen it, but probably too many times. I really wish I could sew like her. The main actress is amazing at pouting in this!. " (link to entry)
P. James Herington - "One of John Hughes best. Who couldn't relate to each character? I am sure I met at least one or two of them walking down the halls of my high school." (link to entry)
Alicia Peaslee - "An american classic in my mind. While nothing really happens in this movie, I feel like I watched something for the first time every time. " (link to entry)
Braden Douglass - "Old school fun. The fun you probably watched on a boring Saturday morning when you were on winter break from college. " (link to entry)
