Being able to make notes and highlight passages of texts is important to me when reading books for research, and immediate accessibility to novels fulfills my love for reading fiction. I currently use my phone to read my eBooks and it's great, but I wish I could fit more on a page. With this I could read it just like a regular book instead of 1/3 of a page at a time.
