Become an Influencer on MyLikes and earn money or help your favorite charity by recommending what you like. Sponsored Likes are the same as other likes/recommendations on MyLikes except that they happen to be for products or services that our advertisers want to promote. Once you create Sponsored Likes, you can either embed them on your website or tweet them. You get paid per click and your cost-per-click is set and constantly adjusted based on how influential you are and how relevant your Likes are. If you don't need the money, you can always do your good deed for the day by donating your earnings to charity.
Remember, we look at the rate, not just the total number of clicks. So, the more number of clicks you get given the size of your audience, the higher we set your cost-per-click. We believe that this pricing model aligns your incentives with those of your users.
Sponsored Likes are based on the simple principle that you, not the advertiser, is the expert when it comes to understanding your audience. You get to pick which advertisers you want to create Sponsored Likes for - and you create them based on your experiences with the product/service. Also, you get to showcase them along with regular likes/recommendations that you and your audience care about (the Sponsored Likes are clearly marked as sponsored of course).
We think that they will work much better than ads with the rest of your site since you have editorial and creative control over the content. Sponsored Likes are also beneficial to advertisers since you will do a much better job of getting your audience to their site than they can.
| Banner ads | AdSense | Sponsored Likes | |

All Sponsored Likes on Twitter or on your website will be clearly marked as "Sponsored" by MyLikes. This ensures that we comply with FTC policy that states that - "When there exists a connection between the endorser and the seller of the advertised product which might materially affect the weight or credibility of the endorsement (i.e., the connection is not reasonably expected by the audience) such connection must be fully disclosed." We also strongly suggest that you write Sponsored Likes for advertisers/products/services that you actually would recommend to your audience.
