I love Law & Order, but it makes me completally paranoid. I now avoid the "Special Victims" unit, because it is probably the worst one for a parent to watch.

beanfair - The original Law and Order has gone down hill in recent years, but the first five years had gripping stories, suspense and great acting. I really appreciated the Law and Order division and perspective between police and attorneys. It made for some great TV in its day.

The Gilmore Girls are great. I love how fast the dialogue goes. The only problem is that I've had to order Chinese take out food several times after watching them eat it so much. Sep 5"Frankly ... Its a detailed story of the courage of a group of people living in Atlanta during civil war and how they adjusted to their new world. The strength, diversity, and believability of the characters makes this novel particularly memorable. Oct 24This is one of my favorite girly books about a little girl that is treated like a princess by her rich father. When he dies in the war, she becomes a cold, unloved servant.
