Read books online by daily email and RSS feed. What a brilliant idea. Classics and public domain titles are free, premium titles available as well. Great books delivered in manageable fragments to read on the go.

A very entertaining family movie. The backyard scenes are reminiscent of classic Saturday afternoon 60's and 70's TV sci-fi. Any parent of teenagers will also surely sympathise with neighbor Matt Frewer's character, more worried what the son and daughter are up to than they've been shrunk :)
Feb 19lucky_j_rocks - I loved this movie! lol!
brent_diaz - lmao use 2 b my all time favorite
Pretty much a direct port of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness from the PS2. This is a game that doesn't pull any punches and mercilessly extracts the urine out of the turn-based RPG genre with billion-point combos, anime spoofs, incompetent demon villains, ...

The visual style of this game is stunning - imagine looking at a moving Japanese woodcut or watercolor painting, and you're close. This is a game you as much watch for art as anything else; being able to 'paint' into the picture (admittedly, a bit of a cluimsy operation with the Wii remote) makes this an absorbing experience indeed.

Pearl Jam will always rank up there as one of the definitive grunge (and then post-grunge) bands.

Nobody had time to breathe after Kate Bush's first album before her second - "Lionheart" - a rush which Kate herself later regretted. Nevertheless, this is still fine art rock - literary references abound, and of course the standout track. Wow woah wow woah wow woah. Unbelievable.

Chris Bellevie is probably going to go ape about this one. it's Lego! It's Rock Band! Surely a mashup made in heaven - now, if only the instrument controllers were Lego as well. We could have some real fun smashing them up. I can't wait to hammer away at Blur's "Song 2" on it.

Nintendo were, and still are, plain nuts. The idea that they could still sell games on cartridge while everyone else had moved to CD, that you'd have to get an 'expansion pak' for decent graphics, and that their system was going to be outperformed ...

Anyone who has even the remotest interest in movies ought to be using this. Great for answering those 'put a name to a face' questions which will keep you up all night otherwise.

Depeche Mode overcome personal (and chemical) trials and tribulations for a thoroughly powerful and one of their most emotional albums - although overshadowed by 'Violator' in terms of success, 'Ultra' is the sort of album few bands could dream of making after sixteen years - "Home" is Martin Gore songwriting at its finest.
Jan 24woodisland - "Ultra" is Depeche Mode's best album. Darker sound and deeper lyrics! As if it was possible! But it is!
A fantastic little gadget for phone-haters like me who can't however bear to be disconnected. Take something as simple and well-designed as email, make it ubiquitous and economical, and this is a winner. No need for a complicated device - this cute little gizmo makes it a breeze.

While still merely a teenager, Kate Bush appeared out of nowhere in 1978 with this incredible debut album showcasing an already mature songwriting talent (how many seventeen-year-olds do you know who can write meaningful and poignant songs about pregnancy?). Singles abound including the powerful "The Man With The Child In His Eyes". Oh, and "Wuthering Heights"... still astonishing after over thirty years. Fantastic rainy day music.

A thoroughly noble effort to get the first twitter account with over one million followers and unlock some of the potential of the platform. "I think we all want to be part of something bigger than ourselves."
One false start so far... they've had to start again!
