Along with eating right, this is the way to go. Granted I may like it more than I make it an actuality. But it's the thought that counts right? I love food too much that this is pretty much my only option for a diet plan. Usually in a contest between a twinkie and jogging, the twinkie usually wins. Is it too late to start my New Year's resolution in April? Sep 17cbellevie - Three cheers for physical exercise. When I'm not glued to the computer I like to get out and hike. Fresh air and hard work. Aside from the reward of great summit views and some distance from civilization for a bit, after, you just plain feel good, physically and mentally.
breakawayradio - Doing some sort of physical excerise is the best way to loose weight. I find the easiest and cheapest way is to either go for a walk or put a cd on and dance to the music. As long as you keep your body moving your find the time fly by.
