Excellent example of niche marketing, plus good fitness tips. Joel not only knows fitness, but he knows online marketing too - look at how he encourages blog comments. Really like watching him work. Like 100 push Ups, but with sit ups. I don't think I could ever do 100 push ups, but I can sure as heck do 200 sit ups! Apr 29henrikflensborg - Not very fond of sit-ups - plenty of other body weight exercises that will build core strength

If you want to start your own business the right way you should also read this book. Just a great read.

Too much dance/music and not enough info applicable to other creative pursuits. If you think this is the new "Artist's Way" you'll be bummed. The author seems to take writing this book as an exercise in showcasing her knowledge of all things you missed in art history class. Apr 6Finished this over the weekend. It was a great book in that it understands that to be at our peak performance, we must have all areas of our life running smoothly - so it doesn't just focus on work or family or social etc.
Eben Pagan got a lot of his "Wake Up Productive" material from this book as well, which was a course I enjoyed. Dec 1whyshirley - This is a great book - the concept of stretching yourself and then recovering (and not just physically) for growth was an eye opener. Read it and engage!
darwin - This book is a true wake up call to let us know that multi-tasking is not so effective. We can be most productive in many aspects if we are fully engaged in the thing we are doing at the moment, working, writing, talking, driving etc.
