Best Friends is a terrfic, non-profit organization that takes in abused animals from across the nation. A wonderful non-profit based in Virginia that fosters homeless animals in need of good homes. Hosts regular adoption events at Petsmarts to help find good homes for some incredibly sweet cats and dogs. What a great idea. Shelters for homeless dogs and cats get donations of food, just because you answered a simple trivia question. Also a great way for the website to increase visitor traffic. I grew up loving Golden Retrievers, ever since "Sunshine" followed me home one day. "Fergus" was totally devoted to me. He was by my side for over 14 years.

They also have really great personalities though they can be a bit vocal lol.
