I have to say that this is one of the best action film I have seen without doubt for a long time. Pulp grips you and a brilliant acting by John Travolta and highlighted the acting talent of Samuel L Jackson. Although there is one particular steamy scene and some violence in the movie, still the overall actions are too good to give it a miss. from substance

mr_stixx - ONE OF MY FAVOURITE MOVIES OF ALLLL TIIIIME!! It's up there with The Godfather 1 and 2, in my eyes. I really think that THIS is how you combine all stories into one big one. How it was broken apart and brought together was amazing. The acting was on point as well

Just finished Season 1. Entertaining TV show. Think there are some mistakes in the show... like why on earth could Sylar rise up after being shot by Parkman... but the main storyline insists on him being "killable" because he didn't get to the Cheerleader. Also the whole hearing one's thoughts thing was a bit too erratic for Peter Petrelli. I digress though. The show is extremely entertaining. I watched all the episodes in a week! And Hiro Nakamura is adorable! from cham

I started watching this show because I loved SIx Feet Under so much and Michael C. Hall had just started this series. I was surprised to find that even after just the first episode I was totally hooked. It's a very dark show with well written characters and the premise itself is facinating...a serial killer who works for the Miami police department and only kills other killers. from furryfriendsri

I was held spellbound by this wonderful movie. Shawshank Redemption lasts just two hours and twenty minutes, but its resonance stays with you forever. This movie is based on the story "Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption" by Stephen King. One of wonderful movies of all times. A brilliant acting by Tim Robbins.     (2001-present) - Premiering shortly after the Sept. 11 attacks, the real-time action-packed show follows counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) as he risks life and limb to save the country from baddies bent on destroying it. Controversial for Bauer's use of torture tactics, the drama was also ahead of its time for giving the country its first African-American President in the beloved David Palmer (Dennis Haysbert). from theintriguing1

I was amazed by the quality of the animation when this came out. They were really pushing the boundaries and starting to use computers to help support complex and detailed scenes. I loved the story. I actually spent about six months as an eleven year old typing the entire story from memory into an old computer from the 80s... it must have been nearly 40 thousand words by the time I got distracted... from fishoutoforder - liked from himenokuri's entry

I've seen a lot of Titanic movies in the past but this one is really good and it's one of those worth watching for 3 hrs. The saddest part for me was when Jack died in the coldness of the water and Rose had to let him go...omg, that part was so sad :( from gigi22 - liked from techloops's entry

Serenity picks up seamlessly where the short-lived TV series "Firefly" left off. Whedon does such an amazing job that you don't need to watch the TV show to completely understand character history or dynamics. Finally, we get to see what sort of ass-kicking River Tam (Summer Glau) has up her sleeve! Between the Reavers and multi-talented Chiwetel Ejiofor (Children of Men), and you've got more than enough antagonistic goodness to power the movie to an action-packed and fulfilling ending! from jakeclark

Non-Twilightic vampires that love sex, do weird shit, and are from the South? Though also based on trashy romance novels, True Blood takes this genre in the best manner of catering to non-tweens and males as well. Sookie, the gap-toothed, sappily-romantic belle, is pretty hot to boot, and you will see her tits in this show. Besides that, the show is actually really funny and inventive. You'll learn to love/hate each character. from korealize
