    As the you tube video says it is a "power food". It is also supposed to help nursing mom's produce more milk. I love it with raisins, berries (I usually buy a thing of frozen raspberries), or brown sugar. In Germany, they make some really good muesli out of it. You eat the oats raw with various fruits, nuts, and you add milk. I also like to eat oatmeal with apple sauce and plain yogurt for breakfast. Its a great source of fiber! from katrina

    Wheat or cereal germ is a great natural and cheap way to add fiber to any meal. I like to sprinkle it over just about anything. Be aware that it will thinking any sauce and the texture of your food will change. It is worth experimenting with. from katrina
