Yes, Linux GUI might sucks as hell but its very stable, reliable and dependable. I've been using for about a couple of months now and there are a lot of interesting software that's meet all my needs except for 3D games but that's not a big deal to me

At first glance Drupal seems very geeky (this sense does persist when you delve into the nitty gritty) but there was, and is, something about Drupal which appeals strongly to me. It is powerful, flexible and very effective and I find myself wondering why companies pay so much for proprietary content management systems when Drupal is available and can do what they want, and more.

Web Development Framework for Python. I like it for its ease of use and DRY philosophy. I can rapidly develop my beloved python backed web pages without compromising with quality whether its about writing complex logic or seperation of data and presentation. it supports templates and URl to mould project any time in any shape.

It's all the fun of having multiple operating systems on your computer, without having the compatibility issues of having multiple operating system partitions on your computer.

I've used a friend's computer running Debian, and it really is one of the most accessible forms of Linux for non-Super geeks. If I get a second notebook for fun, I may add this instead.

Beautifully written and comprehensive for beginners of the language. I first read the Nutshell book and after reading this book, I really appreciated the additional clarity I got in some concepts.

Providers of high-quality open-source software. Whenever I need some functionality that doesnt necessarily make sense to develop in-house this is the first place I check - if Apache has a suitable project then more often than not it is of high quality and suits my needs.
