I love the Gorillapod... so much that when I needed one on short notice, I actually bought the only color available, the pictured pink! Nothing wrong with pink, but it sure got me some strange looks on the trail... Broke my heart when I lost my camera while hiking, the base plate for the Gorillapod still attached. These work very good! Have attached them to trees, trailhead signs, etc and work really well for just standing the camera up in general.
