DIRECTV - Direct STARTV - directv channels company less expensive television tv entertainment media sports
I have had DirecTV for 6 years and I wouldn't stay with a service that didn't get me everything I want. I have been watching this company grow over the years and they have been very aggressive in promoting themselves. Fortunately DirecTV lives up to ...

because my sons have been playing this card game for MANY years and taught my 8 yr old daughter. Instead of sitting in front of a TV, they create strategies with this card game and draw pictures of the characters. When I first learned about Pokemon 9 yrs ago I was an instant hater. Now I realize the strategy involved and it's sooo much better than mindless video games.
from thedailyblonde thedailyblonde - my 3 youngest love it and have been playing for a long time. They devise strategies, make up stories, etc etc. We go to a league once a month and they trade, talk, enjoy lunch together. Love it in the middle of the winter when they can't go outside.
gypsylibrarian - I got hooked because my daughter plays the game. I mostly collect the cards. I like some of the episodes too.
SVU is my very favorite of the Law and Order group of shows. The characters are so believable and intense about their work. The combination of the crime solving and follow through to the court system seems very real. The cases don't always have the perfect result and that is closer to reality. Great drama.
from surfette - liked from polly479's entry gypsylibrarian - Although not my favorite of the L&O brands, I still find myself watching it when I can catch it.
bobbee_denise - who doesnt love this show
ireydahdon - love it
408er - I like all the L&O's but I think the original is my favorite. I do like SVU and CI also but I really liked Lenny. I have liked all the ones that have been on since Jerry Orbach passed away but Lenny had such great one-liners.
Not only do I learn new recipes from Alton Brown, I have learned so much about the chemistry of food and why we should prepare or store food in a specific way for maximum flavor. Such a fun show too. I never thought a cooking show could be so entertaining.
from surfette - liked from elaineh's entry evelynsaenz - One of the most fun ways to learn chemistry while improving your cooking techniques. What a great combination, science, culinary tips, health and safety tips and delicious food. Bon Appetite!
katkimjac - alton does it good...
A really interesting story. I only watched the anime, so i can not comment on the manga, but I really thought the story was well done. The writer keeps you guessing, while keeping you engaged. I really like some of the creator's thoughts on what of technology of the future holds.

I was one of the millions of people who got hooked to this phenomenal sci-fi drama series of the 1990s. I remember I was in Australia when I saw its very first episode. The partnership of two FBI agents i.e. a believer in aliens and the paranormals ...

A newer anime but the plot twists are something amazing. More "WOW" moments than any other anime I can think of off the top of my head. Also the color and settings are dark and interesting. Would you kill everyone if you could?
from xris ktoth04 - Great anime, and the LA isn't bad either
komrad_nightmare - lol L
agent001 - Awesome. My 4th best anime. I even watched the Live action movies of it.
zimbach - Epic potato chip eating!
I started reading TMNT when it was on it's second issue. I have a very hard time wrapping my brain around the franchise they have become today. It's a far cry from that oversized black and white first issue!
from cbellevie goldiemum - My sons ssoooo loved these guys
lanevids - Gotta be the old school one though, those are the best!
solodolodj - Turtle Power!
sharibby - classic :)
This show is always so funny and reminds me of the characters in my family and in some of my friend's families. Marie is the mother-in-law that no one wants, but often has. She's got a good heart, but can't help herself from putting in her two cents. The writing is so excellent that you will always have a good laugh.
from surfette sn9500 - This show will give you some laughs for sure.
gigi22 - This is a funny show...gives me idea how it is with Italian family. I watch re-runs of this with my husband.

This TV show features a serial killer who only murders other serial killers- it is addicting.
from rexrobotreviews
I love this show! These two are wonderful actors; this had to have been difficult to cast (especially to find people that can portray having very little in the way of morals) and I don't think they could have made better choices. The storylines here are SO extreme that even in the most morbid moments, I still cannot peel my eyeballs away from my television! I hope this one stays around... I know I'll be watching!
