First time I came here...I stayed at the Stratosphere because they had rides such as Big Shot, Xscream, Insanity and Tower shops available at the very top of the hotel! Another cool thing about it is there is a 360 degree revolving restaurant 800 ft above ground level! Very affordable and its proximity to the strip and downtown was also convenient from karmaresurrectd

Help us by filling out the eco travel survey. We are trying to figure if people know what carbon offsets are and if they use them to offset their travel.     Who doesn't love Disneyworld? It is place filled with fun, for all ages! My entire family went their last Winter on my birthday and we had a blast! My favorite ride was for sure Splash Mountain, I would go on that one over and over again! My second favorite was probably Thunder mountain. It was also a nice surprise at the end of the day to see the castle beautifully changing colors! from apachesprincess

Carnival Cruise Line is known as the "Fun Ships" You can cruise with a family at a very reasonable price but you don't feel like you are missing out. Tons of amenities, great food and something to fill every second of your day if that is what you like. You can also lay on the deck and catch some sun. No rules - just fun! :) from juliaj - liked from zanke's entry

Close to where I live and my favorite weekend gateway place. What's not to like - good food, good wine, great hotels and good spas. The only drawback is the cost and the need to book early. from bindu

quesea - The Sequoias are magnificent!
evelynsaenz - Another place that I would love to experience but I would rather get out and hold hands with friends to see if we could stretch around the tree.

It is another great place for a family to visit . If you wanna change in your life then this is the best place i would prefer for the INDIANS, you will feel like stepping into heaven. The place is fully covered with natural green carpet. Remeber ... from care

Who couldn't like Italy? I remember it was a challenge dodging cars crossing the road in Rome. They have such crazy drivers! The architecture is divine and it definitely is a place which needs to be visited to experience it first hand... I highly recommend making the effort to go there. from angesbiz

Galway is on the western coast of Ireland, and it is a sweet little town. I like it a lot better than Dublin. There is also easy access to the Aran Islands, where most everyone still speaks Gaelic. from kongluirong
